Vinification: in stainless steel vats, with a 80 hectoliter conical flask, temperature controlled at a temperature never exceeding 32°C. Fermentation lasted 16 days with punching down and without over-pumping to ensure a more delicate and efficient extraction from the skin of the grapes. Aged for three years in large Slavonian oak barrels before being bottled.
