About the wine

Marteaux Guillaume, L’Indigene Extra Brut 100% Meunier Champagne from Bonneil in the Marne Valley in the western part of Champagne. A Champagne with lots of flavor and richness. The 6 years of yeast contact in the bottle gives a wine with lots of depth and character. Straw yellow color, hints of tart apples and rye bread. The taste gives a nice acidity with a long aftertaste of green apples and a salty finish. A great companion for food or as an aperitif.
