About the wine
2021 was an exceptional vintage in Napa Valley with perfect growing conditions. A moderate climate and minimal rainfall during the growing season created ideal ripening of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, resulting in grapes with concentrated flavor profiles and naturally high acidity levels. Dense and deep purple color that reflects the intensity of the wine. A powerful nose with notes of black cherry, black currant, dark chocolate and graphite, complimented by subtle hints of tobacco and toasted oak. In the mouth, the wine is full-bodied with layers of dark fruits, balsamic notes and an underlying minerality. The tannins are ripe and firm, giving structure and a long finish with hints of vanilla and spice.
