Collalto, Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry is dressed in pink like roses, perfect for spring and summer, fresh, fruity with hints of ripe raspberries aromatic in the mouth.
With its 14 grams of residual sugar per liter, the wine has the perfect amount to create a well-balanced taste, which is both fresh and with a pleasant mild acidity.
Drink 2024 – 2026
Vinification: The grape clusters are vinified separately. They are gently pressed, and the grape juice is drained off purely by gravity. Pinot Nero is vinified as if it were a red wine. The must is then fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks at 15 C. The wine matures in steel tanks for 60 days.
Secondary fermentation: The wine gets its bubbles through the Martinotti-Charmat method. After a long period of maturation, followed by wine stabilization, it is filtered and bottled.
Maturation: 60 days in steel tanks, then 1-2 months in bottle.
Grape: 90% Glera 10% Pinot Nero
Residual Sugar: 14 g/l.
Acidity: 5.5 g/l
Soil Type: Sandy and clay soil on a rocky base.

The name Collalto has been associated with the Treviso area for over 1000 years and is one of the area’s most noble and prestigious names concerning wine from the region. Thus, it is indeed one of the oldest names in wine cultivation in Italy.
The vineyard itself, located a few kilometers from the old castle, is constructed in an Austrian style, which is clearly seen in comparison to the surrounding buildings, where the vineyard stands out significantly. At first glance, it resembles a barracks the most, as it is a four-winged farm of considerable size.
