Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris, known as a grape with fruity and spicy notes, has its roots in Burgundy, but thrives in cool but sunny wine regions like Alsace, Germany and Northern Italy. The grape is actually a mutation of the famous Pinot Noir and therefore shares some of its complexity, although Pinot Gris is white.
