Ribolla Gialla
Ribolla Gialla is a white wine grape that is mainly grown in northeastern Italy, particularly in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. This grape is known for producing wines with high acidity and a distinct, fresh character. Ribolla Gialla has a long history dating back to the Middle Ages and its name “Gialla” refers to the yellow color of the grape variety (“gialla” means yellow in Italian).
